The Master 3 system is a tour de force of DS Audio’s unique optical approach to vinyl playback. Designed without compromise, it offers reference-grade performance through a synergy of cutting-edge cartridge design and a fully discrete, dual-mono equaliser.

The cartridge features a sapphire cantilever, microridge stylus, and an advanced optical sensor system, housed in a beautifully machined duralumin body. The matching equaliser, entirely discrete in construction, uses independent power transformers and power regulation for each channel — ensuring exceptional channel separation, dynamic scale, and resolution.

This is the closest you can get to the master tape from a turntable, short of DS Audio’s flagship Grand Master system.
